Bakwethu ngithemba lonke nje liyazama ukuziphatha and into eqakathekileyo yikuthi umuntu adle kuhle njalo kuqakathekile to visit the gym now and again ... cause ukudla esikudlayo lapho is not at all health ....

We do not have enough mbida ledobi and isitshwala... but plenty of Macdonalds to drive us to obesity and high Blood Pressure and High Cholestorol ... low energy level less depression and less sexual drive .. <img border="0" alt="banghead" title="" src="graemlins/banghead.gif" />

We able to curb this and still look good as before and incriz the sexual drive ..... <img border="0" alt="[yay]" title="" src="graemlins/yay.gif" /> by going to the gym and sweating a little ... ...
Thought i should share some thoughts with you guys ...... <img border="0" alt="[wavey]" title="" src="graemlins/wavey.gif" />

It will be nice share ideas and thoughts about mantaining healthy minds and bodies...

Anyone here trying or using protein shakes ... or into bodybuilding ?????

Are there any guys that used to go to Bulawayo Health club ...or Dynamic here???? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" /> ...

Im a gym fanatic <img border="0" alt="[GPN]" title="" src="graemlins/gpn.gif" /> .. ngaqalisa ekhaya and i used to teach at some gyms in the city ... thats why i was asking for people ....

Well as for protein shakes or any supplements ... im not taking as i have reservations about them ....

Right now im comcetrating on building muscle ... i left home @ 165 pounds thats about 60-65k and im sitting @ 188-190k ..80-85k .. and im pushing for 90-95k ..no supplements or steriods...
