Nigeria maintained their place as Africa's highest ranked team in Fifa's world rankings for November.

The Super Eagles of Nigeria dropped down one place in the overall world rankings from 19 to 20. Second-placed Cameroon also dropped one place from 23 to 24. The biggest mover in Africa was Djibouti leaping 25 places on the world list after getting through the preliminary qualifying round of the World Cup. Djibouti is now ranked at 48 on the Africa list, up from 52.
