A vacancy exists within the Enterprises Division based in various Locations.
SKILLS / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
Thorough knowledge of Conditions of Service and relevant legislation
Thorough knowledge of relevant Human Resources standards,procedures and directives
Knowledge of Software Applications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
HR National Diploma or equivalent with 3 years relevant HR administration experience OR
Grade 12 and 1 year office administration certificate with 5 years related experience
Providing comprehensive retained administrative Human Resources service to customers i.e managers,employees and non-permanent employees.The administrative service include Recruitment,Performance Management,IR,Learning and Talent,Remuneration and Benefits
Co-ordinates staff movements
Providing first line advisory service to employees and management on all aspects of Conditions Of Service(COS)
Co-ordinating and controlling information and data management
Co-ordinated the processing of Human Resources Administration documentation
Facilitates the maintenance of information on the Org Management system
Co-ordinating and Monitor Recruitment Projects
