I have been saying this for ages now. i have written letters to sharuko, zifa and most sports writers about the need for zifa to come up with some punitive measures to dissuade refs from being biased. As it is now, a ref can pretty much handle any match the way he want because the ref's decision is final. Bosso might end up paying a fine for the behavior of its supporters, but the root cause of this is the ref. what happens to him?? he gets paid, both by his employers, and the bribing team.

The referees decision is said to be final. This is as abstract as saying Mugabe is always right. Referees must be brought into account by having their decisions scrutunizeed after the game. Though this may not change the outcome of the match it will indeed bring them under check.

Indaba yabo Ref is on not only a problem ekhaya but world wide.In South African currently some refs are being investigated for there conduct durning last season.Lathi we should start doing the same thing or else continue watching the officiating standard deteriorate.

I remember last year when Arsene Wenger was quoted expressing mortification at the level of anger displayed by some soccer fans. He says he found it strange and dangerous to witness a fully grown up being very, very angry and agitated at a soccer match. He observed this as sick - and advises such characters to seek professional help.

To me, soccer will always be a game - no politics or cheap politicising of the sport. And FIFA espouses sportmanship too - hence they suspend any country's soccer federation that has been interfered with by national government. Kenya and Guinea are examples.

l did watch the football match in question and it was a proper thriller, despite the economic woes bedevelling the country , football remains the only source of zimbabweans happiness in all four corners of the country

bosso, yithimu lezwe lonke , the multitudes of thousands of people who came to watch football is truly testimonial to the greatness of bosso.

however, bosso being a team for the nation some of our fellow fans need to be thoroughly educated about football being a beautful game.
it is inevitable bosso will financially pay for the unruly behaviour of a few misguided fans either through a heavy fine .

l did have misgivings about certain questionable decisions made by the referee, but this does not warrant unruly riots from the misguided elements in our camp, equally fans must also be reprimanded for their contributory role in causing the fracas.
bosso's name is unjustly tarnished by these uncouth elements bent on causing trouble, it was very embarassing to see the unruly fans looting from poor vendors trying to earn an honest wage

such ugly scenarios perfectly play into the hands of our detractors who will capitalise on these riots to punish us badly.

the major problem with these unruly fans , they want victory at all cost and will always cause mayhem to the opposition or to bosso officials if bosso loses a match at BF.

families are hesitant to attend football matches because of a few hooligans from the 'soweto stand'.we have proudly set a record of winning the championship back to back, so, if caps is proving elusive to catch why resort to violence
