A vacancy exists within the Human Resources Department of the Enterprises Division, based at Sunninghill.
SKILLS / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
Thorough knowledge of Conditions of Service and relevant legislation
Through Knowledge of relevant Human Resources standards, procedures and directives
Knowledge of Software Applications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
HR National Diploma or equivalent or
Grade 12 and 1 year office administration certificate
3 year relevant HR administration experience or
5 year relevant experience
Providing comprehensive retained administrative Human Resources service to customers I.e. Managers, Employees and non-permanent Employees. The administration service includes: Recruitment, Performance Management, IR, Learning and Talent, Remuneration and Benefits
Coordinate staff movements
Providing first line advisory service to employees and management on all aspects of Conditions of Service (COS)
Coordinating and controlling information and data management
Coordinates the processing of Human Resources Administration documentation
Facilitates the maintenance of information on the Org Management system
Co-ordinating and Monitor Recruitment projects
