Purpose of the job Rendering of One ? Stop Human Resources Business Partnering Service to ChemCity Management and Employees
Job specification
Specific experience required
 Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a Human Resources business environment
 HR functional experience and business processes.
 Technical experience on HR Systems and/ or Transactional HR processes (SAP)
Required outputs: Functional
 Human Resource Generalist support on related queries.
 Identify, assess and consult on the mitigation of Human Resource risk.
 Provide Human Resource advice with respect to negotiations and Human Resource agreements.
 Ensure compliance on all Human Resource transactions within Sasol Corporate Governance process.
 Responsible for implementing and maintaining internal Human Resource controls and procedures.
 Preparation of Human Resource reports and ad hoc requests.
 Preparation of Human Resource information for presentations, OpsCom and Board reports.
 Responsible for identifying, analyzing and verifying OD information.
 Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure adequate and accurate HR reporting.
 Responsible for Recruitment and associated Administration.
 Maintain organisational structures on SAP aligned with approved Staff Establishments
 Action and maintain Staff Establishments for identified departments
 Administration of annual incentive bonus scheme
 Facilitate the compilation of the WSP and EE reports for areas of responsibility Required outputs: Functional (continued)
 Follow a sound Talent Management process to implement, facilitate and optimise learning, growth and innovation opportunities
 Facilitate training and information sharing in group sessions
 Fulfil the role of Employee Champion
 Facilitate Sasol?s Performance Management process
Qualifications and expertise required (Must)
? 3 year Human Resources Degree / Diploma
? Computer literate with good SAP HR module knowledge
General
? Valid Code 08 drivers license
? Ability to relate and communicate with people at all levels
? Sound knowledge of Sasol and Legislated HR policies and procedures
? Familiar with the Leadership Pipeline Interviewing process
? Need to be self driven
? Ability to write a good business case
? Willing to travel from time to time
