Science lab completion project

A: Specific problem to be addressed

The problem, as identified by the administration, teachers, and pupils at the school, is that there is very little experimentation done during science lessons. Teachers do their best to prepare demonstrations and experiments, but there is no proper place for science experiments. At present teachers must carry the apparatus from room to room if they wish to conduct an experiment or demonstration. This causes much time to be wasted and also causes teachers teachers to be less willing to conduct experiments.

The school has tried to solve the problem by building a scince laboratory. The building has been completed but it is not properly furnished.

 B. Proposed Solution

The proposed solution is that the school source a donation for the equipment/furniture so that the laboratory can be used for experinments.

Report provided in 1999.
