Baba uZwangendaba I am very hopeful of the future of the people and place from which we originate because it is well-known that though Ndebeles may be recklessly brave they are also recklessly disciplined, recklessly patient and recklessly stoical.
In some of your other profoundly thought-provoking and educational posts you have reminded us of recent times when people worked together, trusted each other, believed in common goals and set out to achieve achievable objectives.
I can only hope the message you have given us is carried far and wide and that if the day ever comes when our people take to the streets they will do so when the time is right, and when objective conditions support them; and then on that day those streets will not be turned into the smoking graveyards of our hopes but the victorious battlefield of our dreams.
It is said the tree of liberty is watered with blood and I wish those brave Uzbeks the flowering of freedom which they clearly so richly deserve.
