May be we need to step back and ask ourselves what we want to see Inkundla members achieve. Its a forum - fine - but what are its key result areas? Other forums just dont have targets. Think about car forums for instance. Can anything anytime be discussed like a soccer match between Chelsea and Arsenal? Do Inkundla members view themselves as change agents? Are we today or future leaders of Matland in our various settings? If yes, how are Inkundla members gradually contributing to the change process in Matland? What strategies are being used currently to ensure that that change process is implemented and understood and takes place?

Do we see any of us enganging in critical deep thinking over issues affecting our people or are we surface skimmers? Have we been cultivating the culture of individualism, cowardice or team effort? Have we been grooming leaders among ourselves? Have we been forming business associations for wealth creation processes? Are we aware of the omninous task before us. In short, are we strategising over Zim or are we just floating dead wood?

What does it help to discuss Mgobovich's failures and not skim against him? What does it help? History has documented his crimes and failures and why waste time discussing these over and over again? How have we taken advantage of his failures?

If we continue the way we are doing, then we are not worthy to be called sons and daughters of Mthwakazi.

Think about the people who are suffering. Suggest programmes of action. We are here for that period. Is there anyone out there who is still afraid of death? As someone said, once you are born, you need to enjoy the interval between birth and death. Its obvious those who are alive will die - therefore let us enjoy the interval of fighting for our people AND DIE. There is nothing as fulfilling as that. NOTHING. You and I have the obligation that we can not run away from. Its unavoidable because no one else can do it. I am not talking about blind courage. THIS IS REALITY. If you are afraid, its only fear that you are afraid of. If you and I are responsible, lets us DISCUSS AND ACT QUICKLY.

Nxa kubuhlungu emoyeni wakho, angiboni ukuthi ungazihlupha ngoku xoxa eze Juventus or Formula 1 lapha. Inkundla vele yona yindawo ezilayo njalo kayixoxi loba yikuphi okuvelayo. Lawe nxa uletha inkulumo enkundleni, zinuke amakhwapha. SAKHA ISIZWE LAPHA. Akufanele siphambule umsebenzi lo.
I like the fact that by joining this forum you have signalled the intention to lead - you have displayed courage and desire to act - NOW ACT. Woza ugide sikuqakezele. We want that potential in you in raw form and concentrated.

Mayihlome!!

Ntombankala baba wami, now I see you, now I don't! U'grand?

Does ukuthumeza ama'flour, amahlamvu, ushukela nokunye okudliwayo, via oMalayisha, count as counter measures to Mgobovich's campaign to starve our people to death?

Uyabuza wena uthi" Its a forum - fine - but what are its key result areas? Other forums just dont have targets" Mina ngokwazi kwami, Inkundla as an entity was created to give uMthwakazi a platform to discuss, share and debate issues as they affect us, from ezombangazwe to sports, ezamabhisinisi to ezocansi neskapenya (our most revered Doc's favourite), ezothando nezothamlilo. This we can all say has been and continues to be achieved.

"Do we see any of us enganging in critical deep thinking over issues affecting our people or are we surface skimmers? Have we been cultivating the culture of individualism, cowardice or team effort? Have we been grooming leaders among ourselves? Have we been forming business associations for wealth creation processes? Are we aware of the omninous task before us. In short, are we strategising over Zim or are we just floating dead wood?" Bayazama oMjaji ukwenza ama'skills and interest surveys with a view to create those business/professional/interests associations, which can only have beneficial impact to uMthwakazi down the line. The response I believe has been lukewarm, kodwa it's a start and we can only start from somewhere. Into eqakathekileyo yikuthi we do not let opportunities that we are afforded slip through our fingers, and lento kaMjaji nabanye is one we must not let pass us by.

In your thread title question you ask "do Inkundla members have the vision?" mina ngithi yebo, the vision is there, the human capital is there, and from what I see the tempo will up very soon. Sebenza.
