It is very sad to note that people can abuse other people's intellectual property, use it without their knowledge and consent and publicise it without even informing the owner of such a property. Madoda lingadlali so and those who are using my intellectual property without my consent are trading on dangerous grounds. Pple have embarked on various commercial projects using our Logo, corporate colours, slogans etc, at no benefit for the club. Now that the club has registered ama-trade marks, patents etc, I wonder how they will effect ama-controls akhona without disrupting i-core business ye-club.
