MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) - Isaac Hayes, whose relentless "Theme From Shaft" won Academy and Grammy awards, has died in Memphis. He was 65. Authorities say a family member found Hayes unresponsive near a treadmill. There's no word yet on the cause of death.
