. aggresive nature,
. proving that you mean biznes,
. take or make things easy for all to have access to information about the group
. lay down you goals ur commitment, forehand
. what are ur principles, doctrines and regulations
. dont wait to have a meeting to address issues, make pipo know exatly ur purpose dont assume!!...truth will privail thou mugabes thugs will try to distroy
. organise fund raising clubs, e.g parties, bulawayo dance groups to perfom etc, i know YOU MTHEMBU that you go places and address the issue of 1980s thats great
. emerge or create a shipping (money, food etc)route called bulawayo or thwakazi, feed ur people, make the purpose be a house hold, in short copy BARAK OBAMA
. set realistic goals , many ndebele parties in jhb where just insane, learn from their mistakes
. create a suggestion box for some to critisize and strenghten ur policies.
. give some full feedbacks as to what was done and what ought to be done
. ask for regional volonteers give their contacts, full names not only surnames
. dont assume that people know things never do that only fools do so.
