Sorry to quote you out of contest, but i really like this. All bigger and greater things in this world started as dreams and in this very forum i have witnessed so many dreams, but who is going to transform them into reality. Mthwakazi is like a sinking ship (weakened organisation) who is gonna breathe life into this weakened organisation, we need Turnaround Strategists. If Mthwakazi was an organisation what Turnaround Strategies would have been appropriate? I believe that in your answers you would have included "Leadership", this is one thing that we have to work towards, if grooming our own leaders is a necessity then without delay we must start doing just that now. Organisations like Liberty Party were surely destroyed by lack of leadership and many more are running in circles, no breakthroughs just because of this leadership deficiency. If finding already seasoned leaders, lets start hunting now. If we are serious about our plight i propose that we start on strategising around this issue of leadership, to me this is one of the greatest factors hindering our progress. I said this before and i am saying it now and i will say it again and again until we do something about it, without leadership we will always be confined in this website and no practicality will be possible. We ought to be pragmatic in our actions, we have to realise and acknowledge reality, Mugabe knew that there is no way we could rise up as a nation if we have no leaders, that's the reason why he arrested, killed or made our leaders to disapear without a trace. Now that many of our people are outside the country why don't we start building our own leaders, i am not suggesting that we exclude our folks down home in our programs,(capacity building, empowerment) but i believe we have to start from somewhere.
